Director of Customer Acquisition

Rafflecopter is a bootstrapped software startup based in Boulder, CO that builds web applications that make it easy to run an online giveaway. We're working hard to build a team of smart and motivated people that are ambitious and have the desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
We’re looking for a Director of Customer Acquisition to join our team who can accelerate our company’s growing user base by managing current user acquisition channels, leading new growth initiatives, and marketing upcoming product releases.
You’ll be working on:
  • Leading and optimizing current customer acquisition channels as well as identify and research new customer acquisition opportunities
  • Strategizing and leading our content marketing and blogging initiatives
  • Gaining exposure by developing strategic partnerships with our customers, other publishing networks, and businesses
  • Building and leading onsite growth initiatives through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel optimization
  • Coordinating new marketing & product initiatives around upcoming product releases
  • Identifying potential opportunities that will reduce customer churn and increase the lifetime value of our customers
Here’s what we’re looking for. You should:
  • Have 4+ years of customer acquisition & retention experience (preferably SaaS related) with a proven track record
  • Be hyper-analytical and passionate about testing, data and metrics (a deep understanding of SaaS Metrics & analytic platforms such as Google Analytics strongly preferred)
  • Learn the finer points of our product as well as the needs of our customers
  • Be exceptional at multi-tasking and have an uncanny ability to prioritize your responsibilities
  • Have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, & be extremely detail-oriented
  • Possess fantastic written communication skills
  • Be ready to lead our marketing efforts by recommending the best software tools to get the job done
